Foot Locker Regionals By The Numbers

Taryn Parks punches her ticket to Foot Locker Nationals for the third time

Northeast

  • Mary Hennelly was New York's lone qualifying girl from the Northeast Region. Between 2008 and 2018, New York has sent 14 girls in 11 years, an average of 1.27. This is a large decrease from years prior. Between 1984 and 2007, New York had 58 girls at Foot Locker Nationals in 24 years, an average of 2.42.
  • While four girls entered the race undefeated (Sarah Roffman, Marlee Starliper, Grace Connolly & Kate Wiser), it was Sydney Masciarelli who came out on top.
  • Connor Nisbet became the first boy from Delaware to qualify for Foot Locker Nationals.
  • Taryn Parks has now qualified in her first three years of high school. A total of 20 girls have competed at Foot Locker National four times, and Parks is on pace to join the likes of Jordan Hasay and Emily Sisson.
