Martise Scott (613) of Central Dauphin, pulled off the win in the 100, going 11.38 seconds.

Shane Whitehead, Palmyra, won the 100 hurdles with a 15.09.

Central Dauphin's Jordan Mitchell was the only guy under 23 in the 200 with his 22.41.
Andre Hicks, Harrisburg, was 3nd in 23.12.


Whitehead also captured the 300 hurdles, going 40.19.

Javan Carter (864) of Susquehanna Township, wins the 400 in 50.60.

Ryan Jones let his teammates break 8 in the 4x800 without him, and used the rest to run the top time in PA in the 800, going 1:56.60.

Andre Hicks, Harrisburg, in the 4x100, running the 3rd leg. The Cougars would win in 44.27 seconds.

Central Dauphin senior Mark Wieder competes for the 7:59.94 winning 4x800.

Let's see, it took Cumberland Valley senior Brian Fuller (right) a whole three weeks to get into 4:21 shape after a winter in the pool. He nearly caught teammate and fellow senior Jon Fulginiti, who won by .16 seconds in 4:20.98.

Gettysburg's Zack Deitz ran a 9:49.21 to win the 3200.

Hershey's Zach Myers goes 21-08.75 to win the Long Jump.

Ryan Whiting, Central Dauphin, topped 60' by 2" in the Shot Put.

Troy Litten won the Pole Vault, clearing 14'.

Whiting came back in the afternoon to win the Discus with a throw of 172-05.
