Ashley Hodge win the 100 in 12.64 seconds. She was 2nd in the 200 in 26.09.

Central Dauphin's Vanessa Virbirsky takes the 100 Hurdles with a 15.74.

Milton Hershey's Abigail Johnson goes 25.78 to win the 200.

Kristen Jones easily won the 300 Hurdles in 46.02 seconds.

Johnson came back to take the 400 in 57.17 seconds.

Cumberland Valley senior Jen Gray was first in the 800, going 2:19.44.

Cumberland Valley ran a 51.95 4x100, helped by Katelyn John.

Cumberland Valley posted a 4:07.19 to win the 4x400, but were pulled
and pushed the entire way by Cedar Cliff, including Karyn Boyer (38)
and Maggie Dewane (40).


Dana Dorsheimer helped Cedar Cliff win the 4x800 in 9:56.43.

The most entertaining race of the day was the 1600, pitching senior Jen Gray, Cumberland Valley, against freshman Sam McMillan of Hershey. They traded the lead several times, with McMillen even taking the inside to make Gray work more. But Gray's 400 speed helped her hold off the new star, 5:10.39 - 5:10.65. Welcome Sam!

Central Dauphin junior Maria Truskey lead from start to finish in the 3200,
recording an 11:03.48.


Kristina Kline of Red Land cleared 16-05 of pavement and sand
for the Long Jump victory.


Cedar Cliff's Liz McCullough won the Javelin with a toss of 131-03.

Sotonye Imadojemu of Central Dauphin won the Triple Jump
with a leap of 35-06.50, and was 2nd in the Long Jump, going 16-04.75.


Harrisburg'ss Brianna Flagg continues her strong season, going 38' for the win.
