Ani Veltcheva is one of the top middle school talents in the state of Florida -- and in the country. Last year she took the win at the FLYRA Middle School State Championship running 10:38.67 for 3000m. That time was a new meet record.
Veltcheva then went on to win the AAU XC National Championships a few weeks later by running another impressive time of 10:45.60. Watch her race above and check out her post-race interview below.
