Abby Hewitt, Greater Latrobe, won the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:35.3.  Kelly Monteleone, Penn Hills, won the long jump with a leap of 17-00.75.  Ashley Adams, Freedom, won the shot with a put of 43-03. 

Cam Stauffer, Seneca Valley, won the 3000 with a time of 9:04.3.  Matt Bellay, Montour, won the 220 yard dash with a time of 23.5.  Matt Green, Belle Vernon, won the long jump with a mark of 21-01.25.  Rodney Richter, Connellsville, won the shot with a put of 56-01.50.

DVGTCA Indoor Meet #6

 

Council Rock South senior Tory Worthen established a new DVGTCA record, clearing 12-6 to win the pole vault Friday at Lehigh University. Worthen's effort, an indoor personal best, moved her back to the top of the Pennsylvania rankings.

Shanae Bailey, Swenson, won the 60 meter dash with a time of 8.04.  Jasmine Wanamaker, Girls High, won the 300 meter dash with a time of 43.3.  Rayiana Johnson, Chester, won the 400 meter dash with a time of 59.96.  Megan Rother, Villa Joseph Marie, won the 600 meter dash with a time of 1:45.20.  Taylor Bumpas, Gwynnedd Mercy, won the 800 with a quick time of 2:17.97.  Maria Seykora, Notre Dame, won the mile with a time of 5:20.29.  Brittney Howell, Cheltenham, won the long jump with a time of 17-08.75. 

In the relays Conestoga won the DMR with a swift mark of 12:35.33.  Coatesville finished 2nd with a time of 12:37.49 and North Penn was 3rd with a time of 12:39.22.  Abington won the 4x200 with a time of 1:47.11.  Paul Robeson won the 4x400 with a time of 4:05.53.

Kevin Borillo, Great Valley, ran 8:51.79 for 5th in the 3000 at the Yale Track Classic.  Hansel Akers, Hempfield, place 2nd in the 400 with a time of 50.47.  Teammate Kevin Hull placed 2nd in the 800 with a time of 2:01.40.  Also in the 3000 Matthew Groff ran 9:25.05, Brad White ran 9:29.54, Frank Lee ran 9:31.84 and Alex Smith ran 9:35.70.  David Patzer placed 3rd in the pole vault with a height of 13-00.

Manny Morris, Octorara, won the 55 hurdles with a time of 7.69.  Alexis Stroman, Bishop McNamara, won the 55 hurdles with a time of 8.67 and the 55 dash with a time of 7.44.  Altoona teammates Brady Gehret and Aaron Nadolsky finished 1-2 in close fashion in the 55 dash with times of 6.63 and 6.65.  Kalyn Fisher, Lewisburg, flew in the 800, winning with a time of 2:17.96.  Kyle Hurston, Carlisle, ran 9:49.84 to win the 3200 over teammate Davey Denison, 10:06.32.  Marissa McDonald, Central Dauphin, won the long jump with a mark of 17-07.00. 

In the relays Cumberland Valley finished 2nd in the 4x800 with a time of 10:15.44.  CV boys won their 4x800 with a time of 8:25.81.  Altoona won the boys 4x400 with a time of 3:33.88.

Roberts, won with a height of 6-04.  Kayleigh Perry, Elco, won the 1600 with a time of 5:17.31.  Bree Shugarts, Indian Valley, won the 800 with a time of 2:21.52.  J'Lani Pryce, Bensalem, won the 400 with a time of 51.20.  Romarr Mayne, Reading, won the 200 with a time of 23.23.  Bensalem won the boys 4x400 with a time of 3:30.11.

Rizzo, Conestoga, was 3rd in 1:59.30.    Mick Coleman, William Tennent, won the boys pole vault with a height of 13-09.00.  Jason Johnson, Cardinal O'Hara, won the long jump with a mark of 22-05.00.  Omar Thomas, Coatesville, won the triple jump with a mark of 45-00.50.

Patrick DeSabato, of Friends Central, set a TFCAGP D2 all-time best for 3k with his PA #1, 8:52.26. DeSabato's effort supplanted teammate Ivo Milic-Strkalj, who ran 8:53.28 on Dec. 13. Not to be outdone,  Milic-Strkalj outdueled Lower Merion's Ben Furcht to win the mile.
 
Anthony Batch, Penncrest, won the 200 dash with a time of 23.56.  Ivo Milic-Strkalj, Friends Central, won the mile with a time of 4:28.15, edging out Footlocker Finalist Ben Furcht, Lower Merion, 4:31.08.  Ian Ferguson, Springfield, won the pole vault with a height of 13-00.00. 

In the relays Chestnut Hill Academy won the 4x200 with a time of 1:35.87.  Phoenixville Area won the 4x400 with a time of 3:33.91.  Garnet Valley won the 4x800 with a time of 8:23.03.
