7. The Woodbury Relays (NJ)
Held at Woodbury High in New Jersey, the annual relays are the largest event in the state with 70 teams entered.
A year ago, some of the best performances came in the girls 3000m steeple, where Woodrow Wilson's Dennisha Page went a US No. 12 time of 10:05.20 seconds, while Mitchell Wileczek, of West Deptford, finished in 9:39.99 for a US No. 24 effort.
The 3000m steeple, which translates well over 3200m PRs, should once again offer some quality efforts nationally.
