Trey Cunningham Drops a 7.40 in 60H World Junior Record

Trey Cunningham dropped a major time of 7.40 on Sunday in the 60 meter hurdle finals to improve the world junior record. His 55m hurdle split en route was 6.88, making him the first high schooler to break seven seconds at that distance ever. 

This was after improving his national record on Saturday in trials with a time of 7.45, and then a 7.51 in the semis earlier that Sunday.
