There quite a few of the nation's best returning field event athletes with international competition experience including javelin thrower Liam Christensen of South Carolina with his 232'2" personal best. He competed in the World Youth Championships in Cali, Colombia as a sophomore in 2015 and last year as a junior won the USATF Junior Nationals title in the event.
