#12: Karyss Betzen - Canyon Randall

The senior from Canyon Randall has some serious speed making her someone to watch for this fall. She owns an 800 PR of 2:15, has broken 5 in the 1600m, and broke 11 for the first time in her career this past spring in the 3200m. Betzen was last year's 3rd place finisher at the 5A state cross country meet and is a contender in any race she is in. Watch for her this fall as a serious contender for a state title.
