Boys

14-Year-Old 800m
Who: Brandon Miller
When: Saturday, June 25, rolling schedule starting at 7:30 CT
Why: It's no surprise that Miller is the top seed since he holds the AAU 800m records for 9-, 10-, 11-, 12-, and 13-year-old boys! His recorded PR is 1:56.41, so how low he can run. He also plans on participating in the 1500m with a seed time of 4:04.63. Watch out for this Missouri native to set records this weekend.

17-18 400m
Who: Isaiah Cole, Nicholas Walker, Jermaine Holt
When: Saturday, June 25, rolling schedule starting at 7:30 am CT
Why: This will likely be the most exciting race of the day. The top three seeds each have personal-bests of sub-48. Cole is the top seed with a time of 47.21, and he's also entered in the 200m. He will be the favorite, but will be challenged for top honors by Walker (PB: 47.70) and Holt (PB: 47.80), who should make it an exciting finish.

Girls

10-Year-Old 200m
Who: Aniyah Brown
When: Prelims: Saturday, June 25, rolling schedule starting at 7:30 am CT; Finals: Sunday, June 26, rolling schedule starting at 8:00 am CT

11-Year-Old 800m
Who: Maryanna Cummings
When: Saturday, June 25, rolling schedule starting at 7:30 am CT
Why: Only two girls in the whole meet have a faster seed time than 11-year old Cummings! The 2:20 half-miler will look to dominate her age group's 800m race. She is also running the 200m (27.00) and 400m (1:10).

17-18 100m Hurdles
Who: Symiah Fulton
When: Prelims: Saturday, June 25, rolling schedule starting at 7:30 am CT; Finals: Sunday, June 26, rolling schedule starting at 8:00 am CT
Why: Fulton may be the most versatile athlete at this meet--she is entered in three different events for her age group: 100m hurdles, long jump, and shot put. She has the fastest seed time out of anyone at the meet for the 100m hurdles, and is seeded third for her age group in the long jump and fifth in the shot put.
