Brooks PR Invitational | NJ#1 Bria Mack and How to Watch Her Run

The Brooks PR Invitational will take place on Saturday June 18th at Renton Memorial Stadium in Renton, Washington. A by invitation event, New Jersey is sending one high school athlete to the sixth annual running and that is junior Bria Mack of Williamstown. She'll be competing in the 100 meter dash as the fourth seed and entering as our state leader at 11.68.

The girls 100 meter dash is scheduled to run at 6:10 pm and can be watched for free through this link on FloTrack. There will be plenty of talented athletes competing, full schedule and entries linked below.

That state leading time came during Sectionals on her way to winning the NJSAA Meet of Champions with an 11.87. Mack has won six 100 meter dash finals so far this season and hasn't lost a final she actually competed in. She placed third in prelims at the Art Madric Hall of Fame Invitational on April 23rd but did not compete in the finals.

In the past New Jersey has sent two athletes to this event, both ran in 2014. Current meet record holder and previous state record holder Olivia Baker of Columbia HS ran the 400 meter placing 1st with a time of 53.26. Joe White of DePaul Catholic HS ran the 800 meter placing 9th with a time of 1:54.73.
