Smith and Tucker are the top two returners from last year's race, but Barrett has gone in the 51s this year while Holmes's SB is 52.01. And Smith is hugely improved with a 51.85 SB. Tucker's career best is 52.29, so he's in a win-win situation--either the Jamaicans drag him to a huge PR and he's running to be the best American, or the New Yorker takes advantage of the cool and rainy forecast and beats the Jamaicans outright.
