One week after Marcus senior Payton Brown committed to Arkansas, teammate Maddy Reed announced today that she will be attending Arkansas next fall. Reed has run PR's in the 1600m 4:52, 3200m 10:19, and 17:16 5k. The senior is Texas Saucony Flo50 No. 4 so far this year. Last fall in cross country Reed finished 9th at the state meet running 18:19. She went on to finish 10th at the Nike Cross Nationals South Regional running 18:33. Her team then went on to run at Nike Nationals where they finished 21st.
