Week 4 ( July 27- Aug 1)


Monday- I ran 4 miles at a very easy pace.

Tuesday- I ran a 2.5 mile tempo run and my pace was not my best:(. I warmed up and cooled down for 1 mile and then did core.

Wednesday- I ran my long run (8 miles) because I didn't want to run long while I was at the beach. My pace was fast and I felt very good!

Thursday- I ran 3 miles at a decent pace and did core afterwards.

Friday- I ran a 5 mile progression run starting off slower and ending with a very fast pace. Even though it was fast I felt relaxed and comfortable!

Saturday- My run today was starting off with a progression 3 mile run at decent pace dropping 10 seconds per mile (like yesterday). Then I ran 6 x 50 meter hill repeats at the bridge over the Intercostal Waterway in New Smyrna Beach. After that I ran a mile cool down.
