1. Chad Zallow (Warren, OH - Sr.) - The sole blip on Zallow's resume this spring was a disqualification in the finals at the USATF Junior Nationals. The New Balance Nationals Outdoor champion won his third consecutive Ohio state title in the 110m hurdles. He also won the Arcadia Invitational. The Youngstown State signee ranks U.S. No. 2 in 13.48, though he ranks All-Conditions U.S. No. 1 in 13.19 (+3.8).

2. Kendall Sheffield (Fort Bend Marshall, TX - Sr.) - The three-time Texas state champion swept through the Lone Star state this year. He recorded the nation's fastest wind-legal time at the state meet in 13.42.

3. Marcus McWilliams (Pflugerville, TX -Sr.) - An undefeated season included wins at the Texas Relays, Texas state meet and TTFCA Meet of Champions. The future Houston Cougar recently won the AAU South Texas District Qualifier as he makes a bid through the AAU summer season for the Junior Olympics title.

4. Isaiah Lucas (Cypress Falls, TX - Jr.) - The junior finished runner-up to Sheffield at the Texas state meet and runner-up at the Great Southwest Classic. He won the USATF World Youth Trials in 13.59 into a -1.1 headwind.

5. Damion Thomas (Oakland Park, FL - So.) - Thomas nearly set the National Sophomore Class Record in winning Brooks PR in 13.62 (+3.5), though it did not count because the time was wind-aided. Other notable wins included the Pepsi Florida Relays, Florida state meet and Golden South Classic. He finished 10th in the prelims of the USATF World Youth Trials after suffering an injury.

6. Norman Grimes (Canyon Class, TX -Jr.) - Grimes won the Great Southwest Classic, placed fourth amongst collegiate athletes at the USATF Junior Nationals and runner-up behind Lucas at the USATF World Youth Trials. He ties for U.S. No. 5 with 13.64, which he ran into -1.1 headwind.

7. Daniel Robert (Hampton, GA - Jr.) - The Georgia state champion has won nearly everything this spring and early summer on the local AAU circuit. In his first big-time appearance at New Balance Nationals Outdoor, he placed runner-up to Zallow. His best time of 13.68 ties U.S. No. 8.

8. Alex Billing (Simi Valley, CA - Sr.) - The California state champion saved his best race to earn his first state crown, running 13.68 to tie U.S. No. 8. The Colorado recruit placed fifth at Brooks PR and ninth in the prelims of the USATF Jr. National Championships.
