One of the highlights from the boys' events at the Pennsylvania State Meet came in the 800 meter run with Bensalem's Kyle Francis coming out on top in a barnburner of a race with the nation's top 3 times produced led by Francis as the winner in a US #1 performance of 1:50.55.
