Thanks!! Meet Formats!
Many thanks to you meet managers, coaches, athletes, parents, and/or fans who have provided results from your cross country meets so far this fall. A special thanks to those who prepare your meet results with Hy-Tek/RaceberryJam/RaceTab software, and download & send the results to us in HTML format. That way we can post and compile (for athlete-team-conference-division-state-national statistics & rankings) your results directly. If you download and send your results in PDF, Word document, or spreadsheet (e.g., AspiMeetz, Excel) format, we must first convert to and post in RaceTab format before compiling. If you print out your results to paper, scan them in (i.e., convert them to a photo), and then send as a PDF picture, we can’t use them (unless we have and take the time to type them into RaceTab).
SUMMARY OF RESULTS FORMATS :
HTML version from HyTek, Raceberry Jam, or RaceTab – PERFECT!!; will publish in original format, will directly compile for statistics & rankings purposes
HyTek or Raceberry Jam PDF version, Word document, or spreadsheet (e.g., Aspi Meetz, Excel) - Can publish but in altered format, and can’t compile for athlete/team/conference/division/state/national statistics and rankings; OR must convert to RaceTab to post and compile.
Scanned in PDF’s from paper results; those are “photos” which don’t translate - Can’t use!!
