I am getting out of shape. And leaving on vacation tomorrow won't help free up time for running... jamesonevans96 Mid July and July 27th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55465 I have been doing badly on my running. I hurt my neck and I was sick for a while, but I started running again today on the Hordeman's loop and at Mtn. View Park. Pace was pretty good, but my abs were really sore. Legs/feet felt fine. jamesonevans96 July 19th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55438 Ran around Mountain View Park and the trail. Pace was pretty light. My body didn't feel great but no arch pain. jamesonevans96 July 13th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55387 Ran the Hordemans loop for my warm up then did the hill workouts on Thatuna. Definitely getting in better shape. Pace was fast and consistent through the end. Ran around Orchard for my cool down and then home. jamesonevans96 July 12th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55369 Ran around Mtn. View Park. I felt cooler and my pace was better than when i run at noon. No foot pain. jamesonevans96 July 11th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55368 Rested today. Also my hip flexors were sore. jamesonevans96 July 10th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55311 Ran the Hordeman's loop and then the hill workout on Thatuna. It was really hot but I felt fine other than that. Arches were fine. Pace was very consistent even through then end of the hill runs. jamesonevans96 July 9th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55304 Ran around Mtn. View Park and did my strides there. It was hot and humid, but the moisture helped my athesma. Pace was consistent but painful. Moderate arch pain while running; after I stopped, it went away but my feet were sore later. jamesonevans96 July 7th http://www.milesplit.com/members/jamesonevans96/blogs/post/55292 Ran a 4.5 mi. loop with Mr. Anderson's group.
