Hello im John Warren II, I ran track in Hopewell C/O 04 I ran the mile in 4:45 the 800 2:03 the long jump in 20 feet and triple in 43"2. Also my 5k PR is 16:34. I have currently got out of the Marine Corps have joined a running club called FARC and am getting trained once again. Goals are to become once again a competive runner.
