I graduated from Ritenour High School in 2000 and went on to compete for Lindenwood University from 2001-2005.

I finished my XC career by finishing 15th at state garnering All-State honors and also grabbed 1st team post-dispatch All-Metro honors as well.

During my senior XC season I also was the Suburban North Conference Champion.

In college I was part of a 3rd place team Finish at XC nationals in 2004 and 2 first place finishes and 2 2nd place finishes at Indoor and Outdoor Nationals.

I have hit my stride post-collegiately running PR's in a number of events and I look forward to continued improvment in my times over the next few years! I coached XC and Track at McCluer High School for 3 years but recently begun coaching XC and Track at Lindenwood while I finish my MBA in Non-Profit Admin. Otherwise I spend the rest of my time taking care of my almost 5 year old son Runner!


I recently had the opportunity to finish my track eligibility at Lindenwood, garnering All-American honors in the 3000m racewalk indoors finishing 5th in a time of 13:55, and the marathon outdoors finishing 2nd in a time of 2:33:14!
