Meet Information
The entry fee is $5 per individual entry and $10 per relay entry with a max cost of $150 per gender or $200 for boys and girls teams.
Please make checks payable to LCA track and field. You can mail the check or bring it on meet day. Here is the address:

This meet will be a one day invitational for all Virginia high schools only. Limit 3 entrys from each school per event and two relays per school. The following events will have limits on the number of total competitors:
Pole Vault- 30 boys and 30 girls
High Jump- 50 boys and 50 girls
500 meter dash- 50 boys and 50 girls
3200 meter run- 40 boys and 40 girls
The track is 200 meters with mondo surface. The timing used will be finish lynx.
