ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS HAVE YOUR UPDATED ROSTER FILE COMPLETE ON MILESPLIT.

You are allowed 4 athletes per event. 2 Relays. If you have more than 4, you will need to pay extra team fees.

If you bring a bus, there is a lot up top they can usually find a place to park.

Cost: $75.00 per team. One roster file (Boys and Girls are two separate teams). 4 per event. If you want more per event, you can pay a second team fee and add 4 more. For teams with less than 7 athletes a flat fee of $10.00 per athlete will be charged. Please make all checks payable to Highlands High School. You can mail the check or bring it to the meet:

There is also a minimal fee for non-athletes and spectators. $4.00 for adults. $2 students/seniors

Participants: All public and private middle schools welcome. No club teams/athletes.

Concessions: Concessions will be available through the soccer program at the track meet.

Entries: Handled by Adam Friend (friend.adam@gmail.com) All rosters will be handled by Adam. You will just need a complete roster on milesplit. You will not have to designate entries/relays. This has worked very well for us in the past.

Meet Officials: Jerry Mohr ; John Hall

Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1.

Awards: Top 2 teams and top 6 individuals/relays. - Medals to top 3, ribbons for 4-6

Running Events: Regular order of events. All heats are final.

The 3200 will not be contested. We will run the 200 hurdles, NOT 300.

Team Camps/Awards/ Other Information:

* Please just be aware of the HJ/disc and shot areas. Do not have a camp on the infield.


* Please remind parents to bring chairs in case the stands (which are limited) fill up.


* Teams will be asked to find an area that is not in the stands. I suggest we fill up by the pole vault/long jump area and go from there - we are flexible. Our teams will be in our shed.


* We will be giving out awards in the Press Box after each race. Please encourage students to grab those when they are called so we can make sure everyone gets them that day.


The half of the field not by discus can be used for strides, stretching, etc.

Field Events: All field events will be finals with 3 attempts. All rounds following round #1 will be on a rolling schedule. We will not contest the pole vault.
