Track & Field Invitational
Why: To allow athletes a chance to improve their marks while using auto timing, seeded
events, state meet venue. Give coaches and athletes a chance to sit back and watch
When: Friday March 18th starting at 2:30
Entries Due: March 16th by 1:30pm on www.episports.com
Place: Buchanan High School
Number of entries per school: 6 per running event (one relay team per school)
Marks Entered: You may use last years marks for seeding (As all winter sports should be
Running Events: 400 Relay, 1600, HH, 400, 100, 800, 300H, 200, 3200, 1600 Relay
Field Events: Pole Vault Boys over 106, Girls over 76 (heights must be done in a meet)
High Jump Boys over 56, Girls over 46 (heights must be done in a meet)
Discus Boys 118, Girls 80 (marks must have been achieved in a meet)
Shot Put Boys 42, Girls 30 (marks must have been achieved in a meet)
Throwers will receive 4 attempts with the possibility of 6 (depending upon the size of field).
Cost: $8.00 per athlete $200.00 max
