Meet Information

The Judy Thomas Invitational Track and Field Meet has been moved to Monday, April 11th, 2016, at Patrick Henry High School in Glade Spring, Va. We will start the meet at 3:00.
The deadline for submitting entries is Thursday, April 7th, at 3:00 p.m.
When entering the meet, you must enter each individual athlete on your team in the events that they will be competing in. Your athletes will not be entered into the meet if you only add your school name to the list.

AWARDS:
Top two schools, boys and girls, will receive plaques and the top six individuals will receive medals along with the top three relays.

*** When entering events, we are doing the Swedish Relay (100, 200, 300, 400)this year instead of the sprint medley. MAKE SURE YOU REMEMBER THIS WHEN ENTERING THIS RELAY BECAUSE IT'S NOT 200, 200, 400, 800. IT'S 100, 200, 300, 400.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
2:15 - Packet pick up, weigh in of implements

2:45 - Coaches meeting

3:00 - Boys shot put, girls discus, girls high jump,
boys long jump, and girls long jump
Followed by Girls shot put, boys discus,
boys high jump, boys triple jump, and girls
triple jump

3:30 - Girls and Boys Swedish Relay (100, 200, 300, 400)

4:00 - Girls and Boys 4 x 800 relay

5:00 - National Anthem, Finals in all running events.
Athletes report to the bullpen by the 2nd call.

5:10 - Girls 100 hurdles

5:30 - Boys 110 hurdles

5:50 - Girls/Boys 100 meters

6:10 - Girls/Boys 1600 meters

6:50 - Girls/Boys 4x100 relay

7:10 - Girls/Boys 400 meters

7:50 - Girls/Boys 300 Hurdles

8:10 - Girls/Boys 800 meters

8:45 - Girls/Boys 200 meters

9:00 - Girls/Boys 3200 meters

9:45 - Girls/Boys 4x400 relay

10:10 - Awards

** We will be on a rolling schedule once finals start. Make sure that your athletes are aware that, if we can, we will go faster than what the schedule says.

** Only field event scratches will be allowed on the day of the meet.

**Meet Fees:
$75.00 per gender team
$125.00 for both girls and boys teams
If 4 or less on a girls team or a boys team then $15.00 per individual athlete. 5 athletes are considered a team and you must pay the full team price.
