EQUIPMENT: VINYL OR PLASTIC INDOOR SHOTS AND STARTING BLOCKS WILL BE FURNISHED BY MEET MANAGEMENT. ALL
OTHER EQUIPMENT, TEAM OR PERSONAL, MUST BE SUPPLIED BY COMPETING TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS.
ANY SHOT PUTS NOT WEIGHING 4kg WILL BE HELD BY THE MEET DIRECTOR UNTIL THE EVENT HAS BEEN
COMPLETED.SPIKES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY SURFACE IN THE ASHE CENTER !

UNIFORM: ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR THE OFFICIAL SCHOOL UNIFORM. COMPEITIORS NUMBERS AND HIP
NUMBERS, IF FURNISHED, MUST BE WORN. PLEASE REVIEW THE UNIFORM RULE AND SHARE THE
INFORMATION WITH YOUR STAFF AND ATHLETES PRIOR TO THE COMPETITION.

RULES: 2014-15 EDITION OF THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF STATE HIGH SCHOOLS TRACK & FIELD RULES AND
VHSL RULES.

DRESSING: LIMITED DRESSING FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE ASHE CENTER. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME
DRESSED TO COMPETE.

SPORTSMANSHIP: EACH SCHOOL WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE SPORTSMANSHIP DOCUMENT PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING
OF THE MEET.

ENTRY LIMITATION: EACH SCHOOL MAY LIST A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) ENTRIES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL EVENT, UNLESS ALL
ENTRIES LISTED FOR THAT EVENT HAVE MET THE DISTRICT MEET QUALIFYING STANDARD FOR THAT
EVENT, IN WHICH CASE ALL QUALIFIED ATHLETES MAY BE LISTED. REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF
QUALIFIED ATHLETES. EACH SCHOOL IS ALLOWED ONLY ONE RELAY TEAM PER RELAY EVENT. NO ENTRY
WILL BE ACCEPTED THAT HAS NOT COMPETED IN THEIR EVENT OR AN EVENT THAT QUALIFIES FOR THEIR
EVENT IN A BONAFIDE MEET DURING THE CURRENT INDOOR SEASON.

RELAY DECLARATION RELAY TEAMS WILL BE DECLARED ON A RELAY CARD PROVIDED AT THE MEET AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT
CHECK-IN WITH THE CLERK. AT THAT TIME A MAXIMUM OF SIX (6) ATHLETES FROM YOUR ENTRY ROSTER
MAY BE LISTED, ANY FOUR (4) OF WHICH MAY RUN. THE RELAY WILL COUNT AS AN EVENT ONLY FOR THOSE
ATHLETES WHO ACTUALLY RUN. ALL RELAY ALTERNATES MUST BE LISTED ON YOUR ON-LINE ENTRY. (The
only way to enter an athlete who is only going to be used as a relay runner is to list them in one of the 8 slots
provided for each relay. Do not enter more than eight (8) names for any one relay.)

ENTRY FORMS: ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON-LINE VIA THE MILESTAT ENTRY SYSTEM NO LATER THAN 11:59PM, SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2015. COACHES MAY BEGIN ENTERING THEIR ATHLETE BEGINNING JANUARY 5, 2015. ONLY PERFORMANCES VERIFIED BY THE MILESTAT DATA BASE FOR THE CURRENT INDOOR SEASON WILL BE ALLOWED FOR ENTRY.

WEIGH-IN: SHOT PUT WEIGH-INS WILL BE AT 9:00AM NEAR THE MEET DIRECTORS TABLE.

REGIONAL MEET THE TOP SIX (6) FINISHERS IN EACH EVENT INCLUDING REALYS FROM THE CONFERENCE MEET QUALIFYING: AND ANY ATHLETE OR RELAY TEAM MEETING THE 2014-15 REGIONAL STANDARDS WILL ADVANCE AS WELL.

COACHES MEETING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2015 ATLEE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - 6:30 PM SHARP! EACH COMPETING SCHOOL DECLARATION: MUST HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PRESENT. ALL ENTRIES IN SEEDED OR SECTIONED RUNNING EVENTS
DECLARED AT THIS MEETING MUST COMPETE. IF THE ATHLETE DOES NOT COMPETE, THE EVENT WILL
COUNT AS ONE OF THEIR EVENTS.

OFFICIALS: DUE TO THE SHORTAGE OF QUALIFIED AREA OFFICIALS AND IN ORDER TO BE ASSURED OF
QUALITY OFFICIATING, WE NEED EACH TEAM TO BE PREPARED TO SUPPLY ONE FIELD
EVENT JUDGE AND ONE RUNNING EVENT JUDGE FOR EACH DAY OF COMPETITION. WE
UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT AN IDEAL SITUATION, BUT IT WILL GUARENTEE THAT THE
MEET WILL BE OFFICIATED IN THE BEST POSSIBLE MANNER.

ALL-ACADEMIC CONFERENCE 11 NOW HONORS THE TOP ATHLETES IN EACH SPORT THAT
MAINTAIN A 3.0 CUMULATIVE GPA. PLEASE INDICATE ALL SUCH ATHLETES IN THE
SPACE PROVIDED ON THE ENTRY FORM. BALLOTS FOR COACH-OF-THE-YEAR AND MEET
MVP WILL BE PROVIDED AND MUST BE RETURNED BY THE CONCLUSION OF THE MEET.
