II. SITE Tuesday, February 10, 2015: Liberty University Indoor
Fieldhouse, Lynchburg, VA. Fieldhouse opens at
4:30pm.

III. ADMISSION $7 for all spectators

IV. PASSES VHSCA-VHSL-VIAAA-VATA-VSBA-Principal state
membership cards.

V. OFFICIALS The starter will be a certified official. Rod Camden will be the referee. Jury of appeals TBA.

Each team will be involved in some way in running the meet with assignments at a later date.

VI. QUALIFIERS (1) Two athletes per event regardless of performance, but
must have a performance this season to enter the meet. One
relay team per relay event.
(2) To enter more than two athletes per event, all athletes entered in an event must meet the conference 24 standard in a 3 or more team meet and should be listed on milestat.
(3) If an athlete meets a district standard in a meet not listed on milestat, the coach must email results of the meet to Rod Camden (conference 24 meet director) as soon as possible and no later than Friday, February 6, 2015. You may also fax meet results to Rod at 434-522-3793.

VII. AWARDS (boys & girls) Championship Team Trophy and Runner-up Trophy
Medals will be awarded to places 1-6 in individual events and places 1-3 in relays.

VIII. ENTRIES You will be entering the meet twice, once on the VHSL
conference entry form and again on milestat.

Milestat entries open on January 26 and are due by 11pm on Saturday, February 7, 2015, while VHSL entries should be emailed by 10am on Sunday,February 8. On the VHSL form you must state the meet and the date of each performance. VHSL entries must be emailed to Rod Camden at camdenrc@lcsedu.net.
Remember to include names of potential relay runners
who are not in an individual event on both entries.
You may fax your VHSL form to 434-522-3793 but it will be due on MONDAY, February 9 by NOON (email on Sunday is preferred with such a short window. Coaches will be emailed a VHSL conference entry form at least a week before the meet or coaches may use indoor track conference entry form at vhsl.org. Remember all performances should be verified on the VHSL form.
You will also be entering on milestat and the milestat entries will be uploaded into the conference meet. If there is a conflict with the milestat entries and VHSL entries that cannot be resolved, the VHSL entry will override the milestat performance (I will attempt to contact the coach first).

IX. SCRATCHES Scratches (without penalty) will be taken at the coaches meeting. No additions will be allowed after the Feb. 8 milestat deadline. Remember you can only enter an athlete in a maximum of 3 running events (including relays) except anyone running the 3200 run is allowed only one other running event (including relays). There is no limit to the number of field events entered.

X. TEAM FOOD Absolutely no food or drinks will be allowed on or
Inside the track or the pole vault venue.
XI. TEAM PERSONNEL All team personnel managers, scorekeepers, etc,
must enter with the team. All team personnel must stay in the track area or the hallways adjacent to the track.
Coachs boxes in the infield for field events will be described at the coaches meeting. Head coaches only will be allowed in the infield (except for coachs boxes in field events).

XII. QUALIFIERS TO REGION: The top 6 athletes and the top 3 relay teams from the conference meet automatically qualify for the region meet. In addition, any athlete or relay team who has a region qualifier in a 3 or more team meet during the season will qualify. If you enter an athlete who did not place in the top 6 or a relay team not in the top 3, I will check milestat to be sure that the athlete/relay team has met the regional standard. Further information will be given at the coaches meeting.
