Meet Information
Walton-Verona High School proudly extends this invitation to compete in what is sure to be one of the tri state areas most anticipated cross country events. Situated in beautiful Verona, Kentucky at the newly built Walton-Verona Athletic Complex, this meet is conveniently located about 25 miles south of Cincinnati. This will be the fourth invitational held at our new facility. This will be our 15th year hosting an invitational (formerly at Big Bone Lick State Park) in which we have regularly had annual competition from over 20 teams from Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana in Varsity, JV and Middle School races.

Schedule/cost
8:30AM JV Girls 5000m-$30/team, $5/individual (10 runners max)
9:15AM JV Boys 5000m-$30/team, $5/individual (10 runners max)
10:00AM Varsity Girls 5000m-$35/team, $7/individual (7 runners max)
10:45AM Varsity Boys 5000m-$35/team, $7/individual (7 runners max)
11:30AM Middle School Girls 3000m-$30/team,$5/individual (unlimited entries)
12:00PM Middle School Boys 3000m-$30/team,$5/individual (unlimited entries)
12:30PM Elementary School Boys and Girls 2000m-$30/team,$5/individual (unlimited entries)
Team trophies will go to 1st and second place teams in all races. Individual awards will be given to the top 15 runners in all races, and top 20 in the combine boys/girls elementary race.
Team award can be picked up after results are posted. Individual medals handed out in chute. You may not have more than 4 individuals in any limited race. Top 7 in varsity and top 10 in JV must be designate as team A. Extra teams will be designated B, C and so on and will be charged separate entry fees.
Middle School race grades 7-8
Elementary races 6th grade and under
No one will be permitted to run in more than one race at the Walton-Verona Invitational.
Concessions and T-Shirts will be available. All athletes will receive complimentary water after the race. There will be $5.00 parking fee.

I-75 South merge onto I-71 toward Louisville. Go approximately 3 miles. Take 1st exit (Verona). Turn Left approximately 0.1 mile. Make left turn at Rice Auto Body Shop.
