Please note!! - This form is only for Meet Directors signing up to use MileSplit's Online Meet Registration System for the meet they are hosting. If you are a coach attempting to enter your team into a meet, DO NOT USE THIS FORM, please go to the state meet calendar and look for the Green Online Registration bar "Enter Online Now" under the meet title.

By submitting this form, I am agreeing to pay the minimum set-up fee to MileSplit, Inc.
This fee is owed upon meet registration set-up whether or not the meet or online registration is cancelled for any reason.
