We used our database to pull the top 1,000 100m runners from this year who will be returning in the 2019 season. We used only FAT and wind-legal times for the list below and all-conditions times for the second page.
Leading the way on both lists is Miramar High School's (FL) Taylor Banks. Banks clocked a personal best this year at the Great Southwest Track and Field Classic when he ran 10.26 (+0.9) to win the 100m dash. Banks took second there only behind Anthony Schwartz from American Heritage (FL). Sitting second on the wind-legal 100m list is Marcellus Moore from Plainfield North High School in Illinois. Moore ran 10.31 (+0.2) for an Illinois state meet record in the 100m.
Banks also leads the all-conditions list, but Kevin Jackson from Midwest City High School in Oklahoma ties Moore's 10.31 for the second spot. Jackson ran that time with a +5.3 wind to win the OSSAA 5A/6A Track & Field State Championship.
