Tyler Anyan is on Track to surpass both Ben Hubers and Girma Mecheso on the Outdoor 3200 All-Time list becoming one of the the best HS distance runners in Georgia history. Tyler really turned it on beginning at the Nike XC Regionals finishing 2nd in 15:20.60 and this Spring had a monster 8:57.73 at the Gwinnett County Championships, running nearly alone after the first 2 laps. A highly anticipated matchup looms a few weeks away at the Region 8-AAAAA meet with a healthy Kirubel Erassa in the 1600/3200 that will surely be a race to witness in person at Brookwood HS.
