Sunday Ford is a rising junior at Wren High School. Ford captured titles in the girls AAA 1600 and 3200-meter events at the 2003 State Track & Field Championships. Ford also holds the 14-15 state 5k road race record of 18:41.
The 2003 Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships takes place from Thurs., June 19 through Sat., June 21 at Cobb Track & Angell Field complex on the campus of Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. In order to possibly earn positions on Team USA at the Pan American Junior Championships at Barbados from July 17-19 an athlete must place in the top two at Junior Nationals.
