    The 2003 Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships takes place from Thurs., June 19 through Sat., June 21 at Cobb Track & Angell Field complex on the campus of Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. In order to possibly earn positions on Team USA at the Pan American Junior Championships at Barbados from July 17-19 an athlete must place in the top two at Junior Nationals.

    In Day 3 of the NCAA D1 Championships, FSU freshman Garrett Johnson took 12th place in the shotput with a throw of 52-6. While on Thursday, Natalie Hughes eared her second straight All-American inthe 1500 (4:16.33).
