Analysis: Liam Anderson comes in as the top returner for Nike Cross Nationals this fall. Last year Anderson finished third at the national meet behind seniors Aidan Troutner of Timpview (UT) and Brodey Hasty of Brentwood (TN). In California, Anderson was the Division three CIF State Cross Country Champion, and Mt. SAC XC Invitational runner-up. During the track season Anderson clocked a sub-9 3200m finishing fifth at Arcadia (8:52.74). He was the CIF State Track and Field Champion in the 1600m running 4:09.31 and fifth-place finisher in the 3200m running 9:00.60.
