Workout Wednesday: Katelynne Hart Spring Break Interval Work


Glenbard West's (IL) Katelynne Hart is one of the top high school girls distance runners this track season. Already Hart has run 9:52.02 for 3200m (US No. 2), 4:47.80 for 1600m (US No. 4), and a PR of 2:13.42 in the 800m. We caught up with her before her season really got underway to catch a spring break interval workout.
