Workout Wednesday: DeSoto Boys Run Early Season Endurance Workout


We caught up with the DeSoto guys in January after Christmas break. They were running an early season endurance workout and focusing on form to get their season started strong. 


Workout: 

Dynamic warm-up, hurdle mobility

6x 150m (3x 1-minute rest, 6-minute rest, 3x 1-minute rest)

Cool down
