Workout Wednesday: Dana Hills Runs Beach Hill Repeats

While in California covering a meet earlier this season, we caught up with the Dana Hills boys squad for one of their hill repeat workouts. Dana Hills has been running well all season and is currently ranked No. 25 in the Flo50 rankings. This weekend they face one of their biggest challenges of the season at the CIF Southern SectionWatch their beachside hill workout above.

4x long hills
12X short hills
2-mile cool down
