While in California on a Workout Wednesday shoot on Tuesday, we caught up with Dana Hills head coach Craig Dunn. Coach Dunn has been with the Dolphins for the past 18 years as an assistant, but he became its head coach last year when Tim Butler retired after 43 years. The Dolphins are currently ranked 12th in the national Flo50 rankings.
Dunn talked to us about the importance of nutrition and making sure the body stays healthy.
"The body is kinda like a race car," explains Dunn. "You don't just put regular natural gas in a race car . . . you've got to go with the good stuff, and you can't run a car on empty either."
Check out the full interview for more team nutrition tips and keep it locked on MileSplit for the workout coming later this fall.
