Anna Watson won the Pole Vault competition with a vault of 13-9.
Congratulations to Anna Watson of Olentangy Orange High School on her excellent performance in the Pole Vault event at the recent New Balance Nationals Outdoor in Greensboro, North Carolina! Watson won the competition with an incredible vault of 13-9! Her result represents an Ohio #1, a U.S. #3 and an Ohio #1 all-time! Watson broke her own all-time state record which she originally established with her 13-6.25 vault at the OHSAA Division 1 District - Central 2 meet in May.
Anna Watson will represent the Indiana Hoosiers in the Pole Vault event next year.
