MileSplit LIVE Event Preview: May 18-20


US Olympian and multiple time national record holder, Sydney McLaughlin will be racing at this meet. 

Watch some of Minnesota's best throw down as they look to crown the one true Minnesota team champion. 

The Texas Meet of Champions will crown the one true state champion from all the divisions. At the Meet of Champions the SPC, TAPPS, UIL and Home Shool Association Athletes will all race together. Some big names to watch for here will be Alex Maier,  Cade Bethmann, and Jake Merrell in the 1600m. All three are some of the best in Texas in the distance events. In the sprints, Jania Martin of McKinney North will face off aginst Round Rock Stony Point's Sydney Washington in the 200m dash. All the races will be loaded but another big one to keep an eye on will be the boy's 110mH race where double state medalists Charles Brockman and Eric Edwards will be facing off aginst each other. 

This race will be loaded with some of the nation's top distance talent. Some teams include Saratoga Springs, Niskayuna, and Shenendehowa. Be sure to tune in to watch some of these top squads battle it out. 


This meet will feature some of the best up-and-coming talents in the nation. Some big names to watch are Latavia Coombs (New Mexico Junior College) in the triple jump, Keitavious Walter (Hinds Community College) and Elias Gedyon (Trinidad State Junior College). Coombs is currently ranked No. 6 in the triple jump among all college divisions. Walter is a sophomore sprinter who boasts PR's of 9.98 in the 100m and 20.43 in the 200m. Georgia H.S. Meet of Champions: 5/19

The Georgia Meet of Champions will feature some of the best athletes in the state of Georiga. Some of the big names from last year include world junior record holder Tia Jones and 1:49 800m stud Devin Dixon.
