North Carolina Signee Anna Keefer Triples At The Hamline Elite Meet

It was a productive night for Saint Michael-Albertville (MN) senior Anna Keefer on Friday at the Hamline Elite Meet.

The University of North Carolina signee set a new meet record in the long jump with an effort of 19 feet, 3.5 inches, besting the former mark of 19-2.75 held by Minnetonka's Mia Barron in 2014.

But Keefer also added a little bit more to her resume. She landed new Minnesota No. 1 times of 12.15 seconds in the 100m and 24.85 seconds in the 200m to cap off an impressive triple at one of the biggest meets in Minnesota over the regular season.

The three-time Class AA champion -- one in the long jump and two in the 4x100 -- will hope to continue that form over the course of her season, potentially ending with three more pieces of hardware at the MSHSL Championships.

Watch Keefer's interview after her stellar night above and her race wins in the 100m and 200m below.
