Pennsylvania's District 3 had a huge Foot Locker Northeast race. To start off the day, Carlisle's Noah and Sam Affolder took first and second in the boys' race. JP McCaskey's Nathan Henderson also claimed a nationals qualifying spot, taking ninth place.
Then in the girls' race, District 3 added two more qualifiers in a mad dash to the finish line. Greencastle-Antrim's Taryn Parks and Wilson's Alison Willingmyre took spots seventh and eighth, respectively, each booking trips to Foot Locker Nationals in San Diego in two weeks.
