While most of the nation sleeps off Thursday night's dinner, the country's top high school cross country runners are preparing for the biggest test of their season this Saturday. Three Foot Locker region meets (Northeast, Midwest, South), three Nike Cross Regional meets (Southeast, New York, Northeast) and the California state championship determine who advances to nationals and who is done with competitive running for the year.
