LINCOLN, NE -- The Rockford, MI girls distance team is coming. They were the National Champions in the 4 x Mile at 20:24.34 which is a National Record. They ran the #2 time in the country in the 4 x 800 in 8:56.53, had two different DMR teams run 11:45.05 and 11:51.21 (#2 and 3 time in the country) and finished 2-3 at Nationals. Some of their top runners are Kelsey Toedebusch, Kristy Powers (2:13.6 in the 800) and Nikki Bohnsack (5:01.28 for the full mile as a freshman).
