The Ole Miss-bound senior is the defending Texas State Champion in the 200 meters. He clocked an unreal 20.99 (+2.8) after entering the state meet with the slowest seed time (22.08).

He was part of the Manvel relays that finished the year ranked within the top five in the nation: U.S. No. 5 40.61 in the 4x100m and U.S. No. 4 1:24.5 in the 4x200m.
