Tell Us Your Goals For 2016

What are your goals for 2016? Tweet and Instagram your 2016 goals with #2016MileSplitGoals and we'll share them all (and highlight a few of our favorites) on New Year's Day.  Last year, everyone from national champions to people trying to break eight minutes in the mile got in on it, and we encourage you to do the same this year. The democratic aspect of running is one of the best things about it--athletes from every level line up against each other, and there's a tremendous mutual respect. So whether your goal is to finish a five miler or win New Balance Nationals--or, most likely, somewhere in between--send us your 2016 goals. The MileSplit team is mostly done setting personal records (as you can see with our goals below), but hopefully your 2016 is filled with fun, health, and PRs. Let us know a full year in advance with #2016MileSplitGoals! They'll all be shared in an article tomorrow.
