Recap: This race was an Idaho sweep as it came down to a battle over the last lap. Elijah Armstrong lead the first two laps as Paul Ryan and Michael Slagowski moved up with 300 meters to go and it turned into a kick off. Ryan and Slagowski looked like they had dropped Armstrong with about 200 meters left, but Armstrong motored down the last 75 meters to finish in a close second to Ryan, with Slagowski taking third. The winning time was 4:07.97.
