- The Converse Judson girls' utter domination in the sprints is best exemplified by their dropped baton in the prelims of the 4x400m on Friday night - despite the botched hand off, they still cruise to the win in 3:52! The ladies in red would sweep the sprint relays over the weekend, clocking US #4 45.98 4x100m, US #6 1:37.36 4x200m and US #11 3:46.11 4x400m.
- It takes talented individuals to run championship relays, as Converse Judson ladies also showed out in the individual events. Kiana Horton won the 200m (wind-aided US #4 23.52)Darionne Gibson won the 400m (55.50),
- Devin Clark (Smithson Valley) wins both the 3,200m US#6 and 1,600m races. US#6 10:18.37 3,200m gives her the US#6 spot, while her 4:45.91 1,600m gives her US#7.

Murphy's time beat the Meet Record set by Sarah Bowman (now Brown), a multiple-time All-American at the University of Tennessee who now competes professionally for New Balance.
