After 4:55 clocking earlier in the day, Jamie Kempfer  came back to run a blistering 10:23.98 US#2 3200.

 

There was just no catching Hannah Long today. 4:45 followed by a 2:11 800

Evan Schulte took the victory in the boys 3200m, just a tick under 9:30 to defeat the Festus duo of Michael Karls and Tyler Gillam.
